About Me

My name is Juliette.  I am currently living in Manila, Philippines. After recently relocating from the United States with my family, I have fallen in love with the vibrant energy, culture, and incredible creative scene of Manila.

After spending recent years focused primarily on writing, I have returned to painting with renewed inspiration and creative energy. Through this new chapter, I’ve rediscovered the joy of working with my hands and slowing down enough to truly enjoy the artistic process.  

This imagination fueled creative force has been brought about by having a slower life, along with space and time to embrace the sweetness of boredom.  By taking away the pressure to produce and pack my days with stressful moments, I’ve been able to learn how to finally let my shoulders down and breathe.  

In terms of my nervous system - I actually felt the shift from having an old, loud, rusty refrigerator on the back of my head and now I have a quiet, smooth, calm EV car.
